Steve Williman | 1980 | Honored in 2013

Steve Williman made his mark coaching boys basketball at the high school level. He had a high level of success at Liberty Benton High School, winning a state title during the 1995 campaign. He was also the head coach when Liberty Benton finished as the state runner-up during the 2007 season. He finished his career with a record of 551-208 in 33 seasons as a head coach.

Ken Meyer | 1974 | Honored in 2014

Ken Meyer served for 19 years as the Marion Local High School head football coach and 17 as their head track and field coach. He was awarded Findlay College's F.J. Egner Alumni Coach of the Year award twice in both football (1979, 1981) and track (1980, 1989).

Terry Wymer | 1982 | Honored in 2015

Terry Wymer played on the Oilers 1979 national championship football team and also earned three letters for Findlay's baseball team. After college, Wymer became on of the best NCAA men's basketball officials at the Division I level, working many NCAA Tournament contests and championship events.

Dave Wallach | Honored in 2016

Dave Wallach was a loyal supporter of the Oilers athletic programs and served as their faculty athletic representative from 1987-2002. He was also instrumental in helping the Oilers transition from NAIA to NCAA Division II.

Dan Hegemier | 1974 | Honored in 2017

Dan Hegemier was a high school boys basketball coach for 33 years at Waynesfield-Goshen, Spencerville, Ft. Loramie, New Knoxville and St. Marys. He won the 1987 and 1993 state championships with Ft. Loramie and guided New Knoxville to the title in 2008. He finished his career with 524 wins.

Dean Pees | Honored in 2018

Dean Pees began his football coaching career at Findlay (1979-82) and helped lead them to a national championship victory during the 1979 campaign. Pees also served as head coach at Kent State (1998-2003) and was an assistant at the collegiate level for Miami (1983-86), Navy (1987-89), Toledo (1990-93), Notre Dame (1994) and Michigan State (1995-97).  Pees also served as a defensive coach for the New England Patriots (2004-09), Baltimore Ravens (2010-18), and Tennessee Titans (2018----). While in the NFL, he captured two Super Bowl titles (XXXIX, XLVII).

Cindy Morehead | Honored in 2019

Cindy Morehead came to Findlay in 1977 and had the opportunity to join the Oilers equestrian program at its onset and cultivate it to the point where it has become nationally renowned. She spent 40 years with the program and served as the head coach of the Oilers Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) team from 2005-17.

Overall, Morehead coached the Oilers western equestrian team to four national titles (2005, 2007, 2009, 2010). She also led the Oilers to four reserve (runner-up) national championships, coached four American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) national high point riders, won 13 regional team championships, 12 semifinal titles and coached 13 regional high point riders. She also oversaw 29 of her riders capture national titles during her tenure with the team.

Martin Terry | Honored in 2020

Terry, a 1966 graduate of Findlay College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business management, was a quarterback on the Oilers football team. In 1963, Terry led the Oilers in passing with 698 yards and seven touchdowns. After his time at Findlay was completed, Terry began his professional career at Findlay Industries where he rose to Vice President of Finance and Human Resources. He began working for Findlay Industries immediately after graduating and remained there for 32 years until his retirement in 1997.

After retiring from Findlay Industries, Terry began working at the University of Findlay in 1998. While in his position at Findlay, Terry oversaw the Oilers athletic department and helped lead Findlay into the NCAA Division II ranks. The Oilers athletic programs achieved incredible success across the board during his tenure and he showed tremendous support for the administration, coaches, and student-athletes for 18 years until retiring in 2016.

John & Pam Beall | Honored in 2022

John Beall has long been an avid supporter of the University of Findlay and especially the Oilers golf program. He was responsible for endowing the William W. Beall Golf Scholarship Endowment Fund and has helped finance the professional golf aspirations of former Findlay players. John was also most recently the lead donor for the Oilers new golf building, which includes one of the largest indoor practice greens in the nation.

John, a Morehead State University graduate, has also been very active in the community during his time in Findlay and is a lifelong biologist and outdoorsman. He has also served on the National Board of Directors for Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever.

Pam Beall, a 1978 graduate of the University of Findlay, began her career working with Marathon as an auditor and held positions with the Corporate Risk and Environmental Affairs and Domestic Funds organizations before transferring to USX Corporation as general manager for treasury services. She was Vice President and Treasurer at NationsRent, Inc. and OHM Corporation, and served on the boards of directors of System One Services, Inc. and Boyle Engineering.

Pam rejoined Marathon in 2002, as Manager of Business Development for Marathon Ashland Petroleum. She was named Director of Corporate Affairs in 2003 and appointed Director of Business Development in 2005. She then served as Vice President for Business Development for Marathon Petroleum Company LLC in 2006. Pam was named Vice President of Global Procurement for Marathon Oil Company in 2007, Vice President of Products, Supply and Optimization for Marathon Petroleum Company in 2010, and Vice President, Investor Relations and Government and Public Affairs in 2011. She was named president of MPLX GP LLC in 2014, and Executive Vice President, Corporate Planning and Strategy in 2016. She then served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MPLX GP LLC until her retirement in 2021.

Pam continues to be active at the University of Findlay and in the city of Findlay as she serves on UF's board of trustees and is a member of the Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation.

Ron Ammons | 1981 | Honored in 2023

Ron Ammons has long been a fixture in the city of Findlay and especially at the University of Findlay where he served as the head softball coach from 2003-15, compiling a school record 233 wins. While at UF, Ammons also spent time as the chair of the Oilers Athletic Hall of Fame committee (2008-16) as well as an assistant sports information director.

A 1981 graduate of UF with a degree in sociology and psychology, Ammons earned three letters for the Oilers baseball team as a pitcher and infielder. Upon graduation, Ammons worked for 18 years as a professional director in the areas of youth and sports with the Findlay YMCA and also served as the head softball coach at Findlay High School from 1989-90 and head boys golf coach at FHS from 2019-20.

Ammons, who earned his master’s degree in 1991 from Bowling Green State University, currently serves as the head baseball coach at Findlay High School and since 2004 has authored or co-authored several books on local military history.
