Oilers Finish 3rd in GLIAC Presidents' Trophy Standings

The University of Findlay finished third for the second consecutive year in the annual Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Presidents' Trophy standings, which were released by the league office on June 3.

The Oilers received 161.0 points in the standings, scoring 91.5 on the women's side and 69.5 on the men's. They finished behind Grand Valley State University (244) and Ashland University (190.5) in the standings. Grand Valley State has now earned their 18th consecutive GLIAC Presidents' Trophy while Ashland secured their 11th straight runner-up finish.

GLIAC Presidents' Trophy standings are based on final regular season standings except for the following sports that are based on conference tournament finish: cross country, golf, indoor track & field, outdoor track & field, swimming & diving

The GLIAC Presidents' Trophy is commonly referred to the All-Sports Trophy and is awarded at the end of each year of competition to the conference member having demonstrated general excellence in all or most sports.
