The University of Findlay baseball team was defeated by Walsh University by the score of 16-2 to conclude their three game series on Sunday, April 7 in Findlay, Ohio.
The Oilers' only two runs came in the sixth inning when Reid Rothenbuhler and Victor Migliore both singles, and later scored on a throwing error.
Rothenbuhler led the team at the plate with a double and a single. Blake Schmenk, Migliore, Dylan Cintula and Chas Goulette each recorded singles in the game.
With the loss, Findlay's record moves to 11-15 on the season with a 5-10 mark in GLIAC action. They are scheduled to take on Notre Dame tomorrow, weather permitting.
