Columbus, OH – The University of Findlay baseball team dropped their final two games of their series against Ohio Dominican University on Sunday, April 23. With the pair of losses, the Oilers are now 17-20 on the year with a 7-18 mark in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) play.

The Panthers were on their 'A' game today, winning the first contest 10-1 and taking the second by a score of 11-0.

Findlay scored their lone run on the day in the sixth inning of the first game when freshman Casey Gould scored on a balk by the Panthers pitcher.

Junior Colin Gossard took the loss in the first game, pitching 2.1 innings and allowing five runs, four earned, on six hits. He walked two and struck out three. In the second game, sophomore Tyler Kennedy took the loss. He threw 1.1 innings and allowed six runs, four earned, on six hits. He walked one and had no strikeouts.

Findlay will take on Urbana at home this Wednesday, April 23. That game is slated to begin at 4:00 pm.
