Western Team Wins Another

The University of Findlay western equestrian team nearly missed recording a perfect show by gaining 40 out of a possible 42 points to win their meet on Sunday.

After a tie breaker, UF sophomore Kayla Magrum took home a reserve high point rider ribbon, with a Lake Erie College rider taking the high point position for the day.

The Oilers also officially became the high point team for the region and will thus be moving straight on to semi-finals. 26 UF riders qualified individually for regionals, which will be held on March 12.
