Oilers Advance To Zone Finals

The University of Findlay English equestrian team will advance to the Zone 6 finals after winning the Zone 6 Region 1 Championship on Saturday, March 19. The finals will be held at Otterbein College on Sunday, April 10.

The Oilers advanced a rider in every class and the results are listed below:

Open Fences - Melissa Blades
Intermediate Fences - KT Stewart (1st), Sarah Guidice (2nd)
Novice Fences - Haley Zimmerman – (2nd)
Open Equitation on the Flat - Jennifer Priebe (1st), Melissa Blades (2nd)
Intermediate Equitation on the Flat - Phillip Flynn (1st)
Novice Equitation on the Flat - Dana Kurrle (1st), Jessica Ohlinger (2nd)
Advanced Walk-Trot-Canter Equitation on the Flat - Maria Vana (1st)
Walk-Trot Equitation on the Flat - Tracie Sidwell (2nd)
