Oilers Complete Tournament of Champions
On Saturday, January 20th the English IHSA team headed to Ohio University to participate in the Tournament of Champions Winter Classic I. This event, in its 26th year, invites first place teams from IHSA regions across the country to participate against one another prior to post season competition.
A special congratulations to Oiler rider Marco Polo Uchoa who won the High Medal, taking home Champion of the field of 24. Another congratulations to Alyssa Simin who made the call back and placed 10th of 24 in the High Medal. Freshmen Meghan Moran also rode her way to an excellent finishing, making the top ten, and finishing in 7th of 22 starters.
