Those staying on from last year include, Kory Allen, Brandon Hedges, Mike Corona and Scott Albert. In addition, Keys has hired Troy Rothenbuhler to run the offense, Dan Hott and Thomas Howard to run the defense and Dom Razzano to coordinate the special teams.

Rothenbuhler came to Findlay after serving two seasons (2009-10) as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Ohio Northern University where he was honored as the 2009 Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Assistant Coach of the Year. Before his time with the Polar Bears, Rothenbuhler coached for six years at Bowling Green State University.

During his time with the Falcons, Rothenbuhler held a variety of roles, serving as the assistant head coach for two years and the co-offensive coordinator for one year. He also served as the recruiting coordinator from 2003-07.

He spent the 2002 season as offensive coordinator at Heidelberg College after five seasons as an assistant coach at Arkansas State University. During his tenure with the Indians, he coached both the tight ends and receivers.

A 1995 graduate of The Ohio State University, Rothenbuhler was a graduate assistant for the Buckeyes in 1995 and 1996 where he worked with the quarterbacks and tight ends.

From 1992-94, he was a student assistant at OSU, assisting with the team's wide receivers.

During his time with the Buckeyes, he worked with teams that appeared in one Rose Bowl, three Citrus Bowls and one Holiday Bowl.

Hott returns to the Oilers football program and will serve as the co-defensive coordinator and defensive line coach during the 2011 season. Hott, who spent six years on the Oilers staff from 2001-06, comes back to Findlay after serving three years on staff at the University of Michigan.

Hott began his coaching career at West Virginia University, working as a student assistant coach for three seasons (1995-97) prior to gaining a graduate assistant position with the Mountaineers for three years (1998-2000).

After his time at Findlay, Hott went back and coached the 2007 season at West Virginia before his tenure at Michigan began.

Howard came to Findlay after serving two years on staff at Lincoln University. Before his time at Lincoln, Howard coached for three seasons at Slippery Rock University.

Prior to his tenure at Slippery Rock, he was the defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach at Allen University. He also served one year as the assistant athletic director/compliance coordinator and two years as an academic adviser/recruiting coordinator at the school.

Howard played four seasons at Morehouse College in Atlanta. He served two seasons as team captain and earned the team's most improved player award as a junior and defensive back of the tear award in his senior season.

Razzano came to Findlay from St. Vincent after spending the 2009 campaign at his alma mater, Slippery Rock University, where he was an assistant to current Oilers head coach, Rob Keys.

In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Razzano also spent three seasons on the coaching staff of the New Castle (PA) Thunder semi-pro team. He served in a number of capacities with the Thunder, including linebackers coach, special teams assistant, defensive backs coach, and defensive coordinator. During the 2008 season, the Thunder finished a perfect 8-0, and ranked first in the league in all defensive categories, allowing an average of just over four points per game.

A 2009 graduate of Slippery Rock, Razzano, a linebacker, earned three letters on the playing field. During the 2007 and '08 seasons, he appeared in a combined 20 games, making 43 tackles (16 solo) and an interception.
