Offensive Line Returns 4 Starters

The 2011 edition of The University of Findlay football team is inexperienced at nearly every position. They do however have experience up front as the Oilers return four starters to their offensive line with a combined total of 74 starts between them.

The group will be led by junior Scott Dearwester, who has started all 22 games at center for the Oilers during his career.

Dearwester, an honorable mention all-conference selection last year, will be counted on to anchor the Oilers offensive line and provide leadership for the Oilers young offense.

Also returning to the offensive line will be senior Tom Orlosky, junior Tyler Johns and sophomore Justin Music.

Orlosky has started 27 games, Johns has began 14 games and Music started all 11 games last season for the Oilers.

"We have a core group of players and expect them to provide stability and leadership during camp and into the season," said offensive line coach Kory Allen.

The Oilers also have some younger players in Chris Reaper, David Johnson, Dave Willis, Shane Morais, Damon Howe and Bobby Brown who are competing in camp and getting better with every practice.

"We are very pleased with the progress of our younger guys," said Allen. "They are picking up the offense and we are enthusiastic about their effort and dedication."
