Belton Signs UDFA Contract with Miami Dolphins

Senior quarterback Clay Belton, a finalist for the Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award, signed an undrafted free agent contract with the Miami Dolphins.

Belton, an honorable mention all-conference selection in each of the past two seasons, threw for a school record 2,329 yards during his final year to go along with 15 touchdown passes.  He averaged 232.9 yards per game through the air and completed 58.2 percent of his passing attempts.

He ended his two-year career ranked second all-time at UF in passing yards (4,368), pass completions (356) and pass attempts (626).
