Reaper Earns GLIAC Commissioner's Award

Senior left tackle Chris Reaper was tabbed as a recipient of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Fall Commissioner's Award for his work on the football field and in the classroom. The award, sponsored by Meijer, Incorporated, are presented after the fall, winter and spring athletic seasons to six female and six male student-athletes that excel both in the classroom and on the fields of play.

Reaper has carried a 4.00 grade point average while pursuing his master of business administration at The University of Findlay. He has been named GLIAC academic all-excellence three times and during his senior season, Reaper was voted a Capital One Academic All-District selection.

On the field, the Toledo, Ohio native was named a 2016 NCAA Division II All-American by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA), Don Hansen's Football Gazette, D2Football.com and others. He was named first team all-region and was selected as the GLIAC Offensive Lineman of the Year. Reaper was also a first team all-conference player.
