Chauncey Bridges Earns Player of the Week

Findlay, OH – University of Findlay junior Chauncey Bridges has been named as the GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, October 17. This award comes after his performance on Saturday, October 15 against the Hillsdale College Chargers. It is the first time in his career that Bridges has won GLIAC Player of the Week honors.

In the Oilers' 46-28 win, Bridges rushed the ball a career-high 26 times at 7.4 yards per carry. He finished with a career-high 193 yards, 75 more yards than his previous best, and three touchdowns, the first time in his career that he has rushed for three scores in a single game.
