Oilers Announce 2017 Football Schedule
The University of Findlay football team will begin their 2017 season on Thursday, Aug. 31 at Tiffin University before welcoming Ferris State University to town on Saturday, Sep. 9 for their home opener at 7 p.m.
The Oilers will then be at William Jewell College on Saturday, Sep. 16 before hosting Tuskegee University to Donnell Stadium for a 1 p.m. game on Saturday, Sep. 23.
The Oilers first league game in the Greater Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) will take place on Saturday, Sep. 30 when they travel to Canton, Ohio to face Walsh University. They will then host Lake Erie College on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. before heading to Hillsdale College for a contest on Saturday, Oct. 14.
The Oilers will host Kentucky Wesleyan College for Homecoming under the lights of Donnell Stadium on Friday, Oct. 20. That game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. They will then be at Malone College on Thursday, Oct. 26 before hosting Alderson-Broaddus University in their final home game of the season at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4.
The Oilers will conclude the regular season portion of their schedule on Saturday, Nov. 11 at Ohio Dominican University.
