Top-10 Individual Performances | #7 Jason Moore

The 2016-17 athletic year was another successful one for the Oilers, who saw a plethora of individual athletes achieve outstanding accomplishments. The UF athletic media relations staff has put together a list of the top-10 individual performances from the 2016-17 campaign and will be revealing them during the summer months.

Jason Moore had a historical junior season for the Oilers, finishing the year with a school record 71 catches for 1,115 yards and 15 touchdowns. He was named honorable mention All-American by Don Hansen's Football Gazzette and also picked up all-region accolades from the publication.

A first team all-conference pick, Moore averaged 101.4 receiving yards per game and had eighth games with over 100 yards receiving during the year. He set a career-high with ten catches in the Oilers 49-37 loss against Ohio Dominican on Sep. 10 and established a new career-high with 130 receiving yards and three scores in the Oilers 37-21 loss against Wayne State on Oct. 8.

The Oberlin, Ohio native will be looking to break a few career records next season as he is closing in on the top-5 in receiving yards, receptions and touchdowns.
