Findlay Ranked Fourth in Initial Regional Rankings

Findlay, Ohio – On Monday, October 23, the first NCAA Division II regional rankings were released and the University of Findlay football team, which is currently ranked #22 in the nation, has been ranked fourth in Super Region One.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania holds the top spot in the region at 8-0 while Assumption College and Shepherd College are in second and third, respectively, with records of 7-0, making the Oilers the highest ranked one-loss team in the region.

This is the first of four regional rankings that will be released before the NCAA Division II Playoffs begin on Nov. 18 with the top seven teams from Super Region One earning a spot.
