Dylan Blunk is in his second season on the Findlay coaching staff in 2018 and will work primarily with running backs.

2017 was a special season for the Oilers as they spent most of the year ranked in the top-25 and earned the program's first trip to the NCAA Division II National Playoffs. Blunk helped coach senior Daouda Sylla to an all-American award as well as multiple all-region honors. Under Blunk's direction, two tailbacks (Sylla and Michael Campbell) were named first team all-conference in 2017, the first time Findlay has had two backs named first team all-league in the same season.
