Oilers Remain 8th in National Poll

The University of Findlay men's basketball team is ranked eighth in the nation for the third consecutive week as the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) released their fourth poll of the year on Tuesday, Dec. 3.

The Oilers last played on Nov. 18, winning 97-66 on the road at Wheeling Jesuit.  They will open Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) play this week when they travel to Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. to take on Lake Superior State on Thursday, Dec. 3.  The Lakers, who received 14 votes in the poll, are 6-0 on the season.

Findlay will also travel to Midland, Mich. on Saturday, Dec. 5 to face Northwood.
