Oilers to Host Walsh/Hillsdale in Croy
The Oilers will be home for two games this week. They will host Walsh on Jan. 30 at 7:30 p.m. and then welcome Hillsdale to town for a 7:30 p.m. contest on Feb. 2.
Thank a Donor Day
The Oilers annual Thank a Donor Day will be held on Jan. 30. Generations of alumni, parents, corporations, foundations and University faculty and staff who give to the University make a Findlay education possible through their contributions. Thank a Donor Day recognizes and acknowledges these members of the UF community for their support.

Series Information
The Oilers hold an 19-7 lead in the all-time series against Walsh dating back to the 1964-65 campaign when Findlay came away with a 77-71 victory.
Last season the Oilers swept their regular season series against the Cavaliers, winning 79-57 in Findlay and 74-68 at Walsh.
In the win at home, Taren Sullivan paced the Oilers with 16 points, five rebounds and three assists while Martyce Kimbrough added 16 points and a rebound.
John Staley had 15 points and eight rebounds while Alex White contributed 12 points, five rebounds, three blocks and two steals in 15 minutes off the bench.
In their road win, Martyce Kimbrough paced the squad with 17 points on 6-of-11 shooting while John Staley had 12 points, four rebounds and three assists.
The Oilers currently own a commanding 49-9 advantage in the all-time series against the Chargers dating back to the 1959-60 campaign when Findlay won 90-59.
The Chargers came away with an 80-65 win over the Oilers earlier this season on Jan. 12 in Hillsdale.
The Oilers, who saw their seven-game winning streak come to an end, shot 44.3 percent (27-of-61) from the floor and were out-rebounded by a 39-25 margin. The Chargers meanwhile connected on 52.7 percent (29-of-55) of their shot attempts and made nine three pointers in the game.
Martyce Kimbrough paced the Oilers with 20 points on 8-of-17 shooting while Katwan Singleton contributed ten points.
Tyler Stern-Tucker added nine points and four rebounds while Ricardo Smith had eight points and five boards.
Findlay
The Oilers are 15-5 on the season with a 9-4 record in conference play. They are coming off of an 86-65 loss at Ashland on Saturday.
Junior guard Martyce Kimbrough leads the team with a scoring average of 18.1 points per game. He also leads the GLIAC with 68 three pointers made and he is shooting 40.2 percent (68-of-169) from long range this year.
Junior forward Taren Sullivan has had a great season for Findlay as well and sports averages of 16.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.0 blocks per game. He is also shooting 54.3 percent (132-of-243) from the floor and has made 42.4 percent (36-of-85) of his attempts from three point range.
Junior guard Elijah Kahlig is averaging 10.2 points per game and is among the league leaders in three point shooting percentage at 43.1 percent (50-of-116).
Senior forward Tyler Stern-Tucker is also averaging in double figures at 10.1 points per contest.
Walsh
The Cavaliers are 13-7 on the season with a 6-7 record in conference play. They are coming off of an 81-71 loss at home to Tiffin on Saturday.
Zac Carter leads the team and is averaging 24.5 points per game. He is followed by Trey Fletcher, who is contributing 20.9 points and 8.0 rebounds per outing.
Jameel Moore is also scoring in double figures at 11.2 points per game.
Hillsdale
The Chargers are 10-10 on the season with a 6-8 record in conference play. They are coming off of an 80-71 win over Ohio Dominican on Saturday and have won three straight games.
Stedman Lowry leads the team and is averaging 15.2 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. He is making 3.0 three pointers per contest and shooting 41.2 percent from long range this season.
Ryan Badowski is averaging 12.1 points and 4.6 rebounds per game while Nate Neveau is scoring 10.4 points per contest and chipping in 5.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists per outing.
An Elite Program
The Oilers have one of the best winning percentages in NCAA Division II competition since the year 2000, having won 406 games and lost only 103 for an overall winning percentage of .798. During that timeframe, the Oilers reached the Elite 8 in 2005, appeared in the Sweet 16 in 2008 and won the NCAA Division II National Championship in 2009 with a perfect 36-0 record.
A Tough Place to Play
The Oilers are 592-118 (.834) in Croy Gymnasium since they starting playing home games there during the 1969-70 season. They have gone undefeated at home eight times in a season since they began play in Croy Gymnasium as well.
In the past ten years the Oilers have posted a staggering 137-8 record at home for an incredible winning percentage of .945.
From 2004-11, the Oilers won 71-straight home games, which at the time was the longest streak in the nation regardless of NCAA division.
Dominating GLIAC Home Games
The Oilers have won 120 out of their last 126 regular season conference games at home. From 2004-13, the Oilers won 84-straight GLIAC games in Croy Gymnasium.
