Oilers Receive Academic Excellence Award

The University of Findlay men's basketball program received the Team Academic Excellence Award from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) on July 11. The award is meant to recognize outstanding academic achievement by a team with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better for the 2017-18 season.

The Oilers were one of only 189 programs to receive the award among schools from all three NCAA Divisions, the NAIA and the NJCAA.
