Oilers to Face Falcons | Release 2018-19 Schedule

2018-19 Men's Basketball Schedule

The University of Findlay men's basketball team will begin their season on Nov. 9-10 in Kirksville, Mo. at the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) / Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Challenge. They will play Truman State on Nov. 9 and battle Quincy on Nov. 10.

The Oilers will have their first home game on Nov. 17 when they welcome Saginaw Valley State to Croy. That contest will be followed by another home contest against Ferris State, the defending NCAA Division II national champions, on Nov. 20. The Oilers will then close their home stand with a game against Northwood in Croy on Nov. 26.

The Oilers open up G-MAC play on the road at Tiffin on Nov. 29 before heading to Cedarville on Dec. 1. They will then host Walsh (12/6), Malone (12/8) and Lake Erie (12/15) before facing Bowling Green on Dec. 16 in the Stroh Center.

Findlay travels to Lewis on Dec. 19 before they conclude the 2018 portion of their schedule at home on Dec. 29 against Olivet. They will then begin 2019 on the road at Davis & Elkins (1/3) and Alderson Broaddus (1/5). The Oilers will then host Ohio Dominican (1/10), Ohio Valley (1/12) and Hillsdale (1/19) before hitting the road to battle Trevecca Nazarene (1/24) and Kentucky Wesleyan (1/26).

The Oilers will host Cedarville on Jan. 31 and remain at home to face Tiffin on Feb. 2. They will then have road games at Hillsdale (2/9) and Lake Erie (2/14) before returning home to Croy to welcome Wilberforce to town on Feb. 18.

Findlay will be at Ohio Dominican and Ohio Valley on Feb. 21 and 23, respectively, before concluding the regular season at home against Kentucky Wesleyan (2/28) and Trevecca Nazarene (3/2).

The G-MAC Tournament is slated to be held on Mar. 7-9 with the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional taking place on Mar. 16-19. The Elite 8, Final 4 and championship games will be held in Evansville, Ind. on Mar. 27-30.
