Top-10 Individual Performances | #3 Alex White

The Oilers had another incredible year as multiple athletes and teams saw success at both the conference and national level. The UF media relations staff has put together a top-10 list of individual performances from the year and will release them throughout the summer months.

#3 | Alex White | Men's Basketball

Senior Alex White racked up the honors during his final season with the Oilers men's basketball team and became only the second Findlay player to be named the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) Midwest Region Player of the Year.

White, who earned second team All-American honors from the D2CCA and third team All-American accolades from Basketball Times, was a first team all-Midwest Region selection by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). He was also selected as the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Player of the Year and earned first team all-league honors. A member of the G-MAC all-defensive team, White also took part in the Reese's Division II College Basketball All-Star Game, the fifth Oilers player to do so.

During his final season, White averaged 18.7 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.8 blocks, and 1.0 steals per game. His 617 points is tied for the eighth-best total in program history and he finished his career ranked 40th all-time at Findlay with 1,135 points.
