Schmitmeyer, Oilers Place 2nd At Preview

The University of Findlay men's golf team placed second at the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Championship Preview on April 23 in Bath, Michigan. The Oilers shot a 309, three strokes behind Grand Valley State University who won with a 306.

Michael Schmitmeyer tied for second with a 74 while Jeff Mocini placed tenth with a 77.

Logan Cooke (79) and Marcus Hunt (79) tied for 15th while Matt Jones (85) placed 51st.
