Oilers Take 11th at GLIAC Fall Tourney
The University of Findlay men's golf team came in 13th at the GLIAC Fall Tournament, which concluded on Sep. 21 at the HawksHead Golf Course in South Haven, Mich.
The Oilers, who shot a 615 (310, 305) at the event, were led by freshman Dylan DeWitt. DeWitt tied for 23rd with a 6-over par score of 150 (73, 77).
Senior Dustin Lieber (77, 76 – 153), sophomore Justin Roth (80, 77 – 157), freshman Andrew Bruns (82, 75 – 157), freshman James Riepenhoff (80, 79 – 159), senior Kirby Doidge (75, 84 – 159) and sophomore Cam Wardley (84, 75 – 159) also competed for Findlay at the event.
The Oilers will be back in action again on Sep. 28-29 at the first NCAA Regional of the year. The tournament will take place at Harborside International in Calumet City, Ill.
