Oilers Finish 24th at 1st NCAA Regional

Results

The University of Findlay men's golf team finished 24th at the first NCAA Regional tournament of the year. The Oilers shot a two-round score of 641 (308, 333) at the tournament, which concluded on Sep. 29 at Harborside International in Calumet City, Ill.

Sophomore Justin Roth led the Oilers with a 155 (74, 81), which was good for 46th at the tournament.

Senior Dustin Lieber (78, 83) and freshman Andrew Bruns (76, 85) tied for 92nd with a 161.

Sophomore Cam Wardley (80, 84 – 164) and freshman Dylan DeWitt (83, 90 – 173) took 122nd and 146th place, respectively, for the Oilers.

The Oilers will be back in action again on Oct. 3-4 at the Kyle Ryman Invitational in Tiffin, Ohio.
