The University of Findlay men's golf team wrapped up the final round of a NCAA Regional event on April 11 at the Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, Ind.

The Oilers finished the tournament in 15th place with a 36-hole score of 625. They shot a 318 in the first round and then came back with a 307 in the second round for their total.

Sophomore Justin Roth led the team and tied for 38th in a field of 150 competitors with a score of 154. He shot a 79 on Sunday and then fired a 75 in the final round on Monday for his total.

Senior Dustin Lieber carded a 156 (79, 77) to tie for 49th while freshman Dylan DeWitt and sophomore Cam Wardley each posted scores of 159 to tie for 75th. DeWitt posted a 81 in the first round and then a 78 in the second while Wardley had an 82 on Sunday before recording a 77 on Monday.

Freshman Andrew Bruns tied for 90th at the tournament as well after registering a 161 (79, 82).

The Oilers will now prepare for the 2016 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Championship, which will take place on April 15-17 at the Longaberger Golf Club in Nashport, Ohio.
