UF Men's Golf Releases 2016-17 Schedule

2016-17 UF Men's Golf Schedule

The University of Findlay men's golf team will kick off their season on Sep. 6 at the Ohio Dominican Invitational at the Jefferson Country Club in Gahanna, Ohio. They will then head to the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Fall Tournament in South Haven, Mich. on Sep. 17-18 at the Hawkshead Golf Course.

The Oilers will compete in the first NCAA Regional event of the year on Sep. 26-27 at Harborside International in Calumet City, Ill. before heading to the Mohawk Country Club in Tiffin, Ohio for the Kyle Ryman Invitational on Oct. 1-2. The squad will then close the fall portion of their schedule on Oct. 10-11 at the Midwest Regional in Eureka, Mo. at Fox Run.

The Oilers will start the spring portion of their schedule at the Panther Invitational on March 6-7, which will take place at the Duran Golf Club in Viera, Fla. They will then head north to Monroe, N.C. for the Ralph Hargett Invitational on March 12-13 at the Monroe Country Club.

The GLIAC Spring Tournament is slated to be held on March 27-28 at the Andover Country Club in Lexington, Ky. while the second NCAA Regional event of the year is slated to take place on April 3-4 at the Hermitage Golf Course in Nashville, Tenn.

The third NCAA Regional will be hosted at the Purgatory Golf Course in Noblesville, Ind. on April 9-10. The Oilers will then compete in the 2017 GLIAC Championship, which will be held at Virtues Golf Course in Nashport, Ohio. The event will take place on April 21-23.

The NCAA DII Super Regional is scheduled to run from May 8-10 at Awarii Dunes in Axtell, Neb. while the 2017 NCAA DII National Championship will be held at Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, Fla. on May 23-26.
