Oilers in 5th at Trevecca

The University of Findlay men's golf team wrapped up day one of the Trevecca Invitational on Oct. 31 at the Foxland Harbor Golf and Country Club in Nashville, Tenn. The Oilers shot a 312 in round one, which currently puts them in fifth place.

Cam Wardley led the Oilers with a 3-over par score of 75 on Monday, the 15th-best score at the tournament.

Justin Roth is tied for 27th with a 77 while Grant Ricketts and Cameron Bruce each posted a 79, which puts them in a tie for 34th.

Luke Kelly, Dylan Dewitt and Sam Griffith also competed for Findlay at the event and carded 80's. Their score puts them in a tie for 41st.

McKendree is leading the event with a 300.

The tournament will conclude tomorrow.
