2013 GLIAC Men's Soccer Poll

The University of Findlay men's soccer team was picked to finish fourth in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) North Division as the league office revealed their annual preseason poll on Thursday, Aug. 29.

The Oilers, who finished last season with a 6-9-1 record, received ten points in the poll.  Saginaw Valley State University and Ohio Dominican University were tabbed as the early favorites to win the North and South Division, respectively.

Findlay posted a 3-9-1 record in the GLIAC last season and will welcome back 17 players who saw action in games during the 2012 campaign.

Senior Alex Oliver, the 2010 GLIAC Freshman of the Year, returns to lead the squad while sophomore Mark Sleasman is back after leading the Oilers with five goals in his first season with the squad.

Senior Nick Soncrant and sophomore Ryan Poyle also return after scoring three goals apiece in 2012.
