Men's Soccer Loses 2-0 to Tiffin

The UF men's soccer team played Tiffin University on Friday Sep. 11 at in Tiffin, Ohio.  The Oilers conceded a 2-0 loss to the Dragons, moving their record to 1-2-0 in the season.

The team played a rough game against the Dragons who were given three cautions and called for 12 fouls in the game.  A strong defense from Findlay kept the game 0-0 until the second half.

The Oilers limited Tiffin's shots on goal to only seven shots the entire game. Tiffin scored their first goal at the 48-minute mark, followed by a second in the 71-minute. Seniors Jordan Gozelski and Mark Sleasman led the Oilers attack with two shots in the contest.

The Oilers are back in action again on Sep. 18 against Ohio Dominican. The match is scheduled to begin at 4 pm on DeHaven Field.
