The University of Findlay men's soccer team fell 4-1 to 13th-ranked Lake Erie College on Sep. 25 in Painesville, Ohio. The loss gives the Oilers a 4-2 record on the season with a 1-1 mark in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC).
The Storm jumped out to a 3-0 lead at the half and added another goal in the 73rd minute before Alex Kerstetter got the Oilers on the board in the 81st minute.
The Oilers outshot the Storm 13-9, but were unlucky in the finding the back of the net as Andrew Boulton took the loss by allowing four goals to go along with three saves.
The Oilers will now prepare to face Mercyhust University at DeHaven Field on Sep. 28 at 3pm.
