Kidd Named GLIAC Player of the Week

Senior John Kidd was tabbed the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Men's Tennis Player of the Week on March 24.

Kidd earned the honor by going 2-0 in #1 singles action for Findlay last week. He also finished with a 1-1 record in #1 doubles competition.

Kidd began the week with a 6-3, 6-2 win over Ferris State's Vasil Surduk, who is ranked third in the Midwest Region. He then claimed a 6-3, 6-2 victory over 13th-ranked Alex Van De Steenoven of Grand Valley State.

The Lima, Ohio native is ranked 18th in the Midwest Region this season and has a 10-5 record in #1 singles competition.
