Oilers Win 2 More in Springfield
The University of Findlay men's tennis team won two more matches in Springfield, Ill. as they defeated Illinois-Springfield by a 6-3 margin before topping William-Jewell 8-1. The victories give the Oilers a 9-7 record on the season.
John Kidd and Oriol Ferrer contributed six wins on the day as they both won their singles matches and teamed to claimed two more victories in doubles action.
Nicholas Kopylec and Reid Wynkoop also went 2-0 as singles players for the Oilers in Springfield. Wynkoop added a 2-0 record in doubles action, teaming with Trevor Majdalani for a pair of victories.
The Oilers will return to action again on April 2 when they travel to Houghton, Mich. to take on Michigan Technological University.
