Top-10 Individual Performances - #10 John Kidd

The 2015-16 athletic year was another successful season for the Oilers, who saw a plethora of individual athletes achieve outstanding accomplishments. The UF athletic media relations staff has put together a list of the top-10 individual performances from the 2015-16 campaign and will be revealing them during the month of June.

#10 (John Kidd, Men's Tennis)

John Kidd capped his career with the Oilers tennis program by being named first team all-conference. Kidd had one of the most successful seasons in the history of the program by accumulating a 17-8 overall record in #1 singles competition. The Lima, Ohio native also posted a 19-8 mark in doubles competition for Findlay during the 2015-16 campaign.

On March 24, Kidd was rewarded for his efforts by being named the GLIAC Player of the Week. He earned the honor by defeating two regionally-ranked opponents in #1 singles competition.

Kidd finished the season as the 18th-ranked player in the Midwest Region. He also teamed with Oriol Ferrer to form the 10th-best doubles duo in the Midwest Region.
