Miller Named GLIAC Field Athlete of the Week

Junior Taylor Miller was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Field Athlete of the Week on April 1 for his performance at the Toledo Collegiate Challenge (3/29-3/30).

Miller placed second in the shot put at the event with a NCAA automatic qualifying heave of 18.10 meters.  His toss is currently the second best mark in the nation at the NCAA Division II level.

Miller also added a sixth place finish in the discus at 46.19 meters and was ninth in the hammer throw at 47.62 meters.
