Shank Named GLIAC Field Athlete of the Week

Sophomore Corey Shank of the Oilers men's track and field team was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Field Athlete of the Week on Tuesday, April 23.

Shank set a new school record in the pole vault competition at the Cedarville Collegiate Open, which concluded on Saturday, April 20.  He reached a height of 17'00.75, which was also good enough to be a NCAA Division II automatic qualifying mark.
