Vicars Takes 13th in Discus at World University Games
Former standout track and field athlete, Derrick Vicars, finished 13th in the discus at the World University Games, which is currently taking place in Kazan, Russia.
Vicars just missed qualifying for the finals as he recorded a mark of 55.00 meters. To qualify for the finals, Vicars needed a toss of 55.05 meters.
