Harvey Earns All-Region Honors from NFCA
Junior outfielder Rebecca Harvey was named second team all-Midwest Region by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) on May 9.
Harvey, who is the fifth Oilers player to receive all-region honors from the NFCA, was a first team all-Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) pick for Findlay in 2019. She was also a first team all-region selection by the Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA).
In 2019, Harvey led the Oilers with a .428 batting average. She also drove in a team-high 29 runs to go along with leading the team in doubles (15), home runs (4) and hits (59). She also slugged .623 and scored 25 runs for the Oilers in 2019.
