Oilers Await Nationals After Competing At Ashland Last Chance
The University of Findlay swimming teams sent a handful of swimmers to the Ashland last chance meet in Ashland, Ohio on Saturday, February 21.
The women's 400 medley relay which consisted of Jessica Ward, Molly Cade, Emma Barnes and Kaley Holmstrom achieved an NCAA "B" cut finishing with a time of 3:48.85, which was .39 seconds short of their season best.
Cade marked an NCAA "B" cut in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 2:05.54.
Holmstrom marked an NCAA "B" cut in the 200 yard individual medley with a time of 2:05.21. She also marked an NCAA "B" cut in the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:19.80.
Todo Djurovic had a season best in the 200 yard individual medley with a time of 1:51.54. His season best marked an NCAA "B" cut.
Janko Radmanovic marked an NCAA "B" cut in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 20.85. He also marked an NCAA "B" cut in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 1:48.65.
The unofficial national qualifier list will be available on Tuesday, February 24 by 8 p.m.
