Top-10 Individual Performances - #5 Janko Radmanovic

The 2015-16 athletic year was another successful season for the Oilers, who saw a plethora of individual athletes achieve outstanding accomplishments. The UF athletic media relations staff has put together a list of the top-10 individual performances from the 2015-16 campaign and will be revealing them during the month of June.

#5 (Janko Radmanovic, Men's Swimming)

Janko Radmanovic rewrote the Oilers record books during the 2015-16 campaign as he either set, or had a hand in setting, seven marks. The Belgrade, Serbia native set individual school records in the 50-yard freestyle (20.22), 500-yard freestyle (4:34.34), 100-yard butterfly (47.82) and the 200-yard butterfly (1:45.96). He was also a part of the 200-yard medley (1:32.86), 400-yard medley (3:24.29) and 800-yard freestyle (6:51.74) relay teams that were able to establish new school records.

Radmanovic, who was the GLIAC Swimmer of the Week on Oct. 7 and Nov. 10, earned a GLIAC Championship in the 200-yard butterfly for the Oilers during the 2015-16 season. He was also named a NCAA Division II All-American in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard butterfly and 200-yard butterfly. His best finish came in the 200-yard butterfly, and event in which he took third at the national meet.
