Swimmers Compete at National Championship

The University of Findlay women's swimming team had four individuals compete in the 200-yard medley relay during the first day of competition at the 2017 NCAA Division II National Championship, which is being held in Birmingham, Ala.

The Oilers relay team of Kathryn Samuelson, Meri Cizmar, Hanna Cederholm and Amanda Stiegal took 24th in the event with a time of 1:44.94.

The championship event will run through Saturday.
