Swimming Earns Scholar All-American Accolades

Both the Oilers men and women's swimming and diving teams earned scholar all-American honors from the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) on June 21. The women ranked 13th among all NCAA Division II programs with a 3.55 grade point average while the men checked in 27th with a 3.15 GPA.

In addition, Lauren Blanchard, Hanna Cederholm, Meri Cizmar, Kathryn Samuelson and Amanda Stiegal were each selected as individual scholar all-Americans.

The individual selections recognize students that have achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and have participated in their respective NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.
