Track Finishes Aquinas Twilight Meet
The University of Findlay men and women's outdoor track and field teams sent several individuals to the Aquinas Twilight on May 6.
On the men's side, Taylor Miller won the hammer throw with a NCAA provisional toss of 195'10 and also finished fourth in the discus with a provisional heave of 167'04.
Ben Hahler took second in the discus with a provisional throw of 168'04 while Brian Jennings was third in the shot put (48'00.50), fifth in the hammer (168'05) and eighth in the discus (152'07).
Mitch Adkins was also in action for the men and placed fourth in the shot put (45'11.25), sixth in the hammer (150'02) and ninth in the discus (152'07).
On the women's side, Kendra Averesch was second in the discus with a provisional toss of 146'07 and also took third in the hammer throw with a provisional heave of 179'10.
Erica King scored a provisional mark in the hammer throw at 185'07, which was good for second while Liz Sreacker was fourth in both the discus (143'08) and hammer (175'08). Her throw in the hammer was good enough for provisional status.
