Track to Host Oiler Opener on Dec. 4-5
The University of Findlay men and women's indoor track and field teams will begin their season on Dec. 4-5 when they host their annual Oiler Opener in the Malcolm Athletic Center.
The men's team begins the year as the 4th-ranked team in the nation. They finished as the national runner-up last year during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
The Oiler Opener begins on Friday with the multi events starting at 1 p.m. The men and women's weight throw will then take place later in the evening starting at 5 p.m.
On Saturday, the multi events wrap up action starting at 9 a.m. The field events are then scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m. with the running events slated to begin at 1:20 p.m.
