Marcoccia Takes 3rd in Shot at Canadian Trials

Former UF All-American Mathieu Marcoccia finished third in the shot put at the Canadian Olympic Trials in Edmonton, Alberta.

Marcoccia, who is trying to earn a trip to Rio for the Olympics, finished third with a throw of 17.76 meters on his second attempt.
