Eldred Henry Named USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week

Findlay, Ohio - University of Findlay thrower Eldred Henry has been named as the US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division II Male Athlete of the Week following his performance at the Findlay Open this past week, one day after being named G-MAC Male Athlete of the Week, as well.

Henry, a native of the British Virgin Islands, began his compeition in the Orange and Black with a school and conference record in the shot put. His winning throw distanced 19.44m (63'9.5") and is the top mark in the country in Division II this season.

This is the third time that a male athlete from Findlay has been honored as both Justin Welch and Taylor Miller were given the honor in 2015.
