Bio

Clint Dillon is in his fifth year working with the Oilers in 2023-24 and is currently serving in a part-time role working with Findlay's pole vaulters.

Findlay's pole vaulters have become a force since Dillon's arrival as they have earned 14 All-American awards and won seven G-MAC titles.

Dillon is a 2005 graduate of Bluffton University where he was a conference champion in 2002, an All-American and three-time qualifier for the Division III National Championship meet. He spent five years as an assistant coach at Bluffton and is currently the Director of Technology of the Arlington School District.
