Dragons Top Oilers 71-51

The University of Findlay women's basketball team fell 71-51 to Tiffin University on Thursday, December 16 in Tiffin, Ohio. The loss gives the Oilers a 6-2 record on the season with a 2-1 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).

The Oilers, who have battled a rash of injuries lately, shot a season-low 31.7 percent (19-of-60) from the floor as junior guard Laura Bardall led the way with 17 points. Her 17 points gives her 1,005 points for her career.

Junior guard Clare Aubry chipped in 12 points and six rebounds while sophomore forward Tai Dotson contributed seven points and five boards.

The Dragons were led by Karli Mast's game-high 20 points.

Findlay returns to the court on Saturday when they host Ohio Dominican University at 3 pm in Croy Gymnasium.
