Falcons Fly Past Oilers, Win 72-45

The University of Findlay women's basketball team fell 70-43 to Bowling Green State University on Tuesday, November 1 in Bowling Green, Ohio.

The Oilers shot only 26.9 percent (14-of-52) from the field and were out-rebounded by a 55-30 margin in the game.

Individually, sophomore guard Ashley Andrews led the team with 12 points and five rebounds while junior forward Kayla Brown chipped in eight points, two rebounds and two assists.

The Oilers will be back in action again on Friday, November 11 when they open their regular season at home against Slippery Rock University.  The non-conference contest is scheduled to begin at 6 pm in Croy Gymnasium.
