Wuebker Named 2nd Team All-GLIAC
Senior forward Margaret Wuebker was named second team all-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) as the league office unveiled their annual postseason awards on March 4.
Wuebker led the Oilers during the 2015-16 campaign with averages of 12.4 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 0.9 blocks per game. She shot 46.8 percent (130-of-278) from the floor and made 75.5 percent (80-of-106) of her free throw attempts. She scored in double figures 19 times on the year and posted a career-high 25 points in the Oilers 87-80 win at home against Wayne State on Feb. 1.
The Celina, Ohio native ends her career with 1,106 points, the 14th-highest total in school history. She also collected 562 career rebounds, which ranks tenth all-time at Findlay.
Wuebker was also named second team all-conference during the 2013-14 campaign.
