The Game
After a loss on Saturday to Ursuline, the Oilers will need some help if they hope to win the G-MAC regular season title. First they must take care of business on Tuesday, Feb. 13 and Thursday, Feb. 15 at home when they host Cedarville and Ohio Valley, respectively.

Series Information
Cedarville: Findlay holds a 24-7 advantage in the series with the Yellow Jackets with the first game being played in the 1982-83 season, an 83-78 win for Findlay.
These two teams met in Cedarville on Dec. 16 with the Jackets ranked no. 22 in the country. Findlay went on the road and used a 31-point performance from Anna Hintz to steal the double-overttime, 92-83 victory.
Ohio Valley: The Oilers and Fighting Scots have men on four occasions with Findlay winning all four of those contests. The teams first met in the 1998-99 season, a game which the Oilers won 71-63.
On January, 20 of this season, Findlay handled the Scots by a score of 69-50 in Vienna, WV. Lynsey Englebrecht led all scorers in that game, scoring 18 points. She also picked up five steals while Anna Hintz and Jenna Stegmaier each scored 11 points and Haley Horstman had ten. Stegmaier recorded a double-double as she also had 11 rebounds.
Findlay (17-6, 14-5 G-MAC)
After a school record 11-1 start to the season, the Oilers have slowed down their pace in the new year, compiling a record of 6-5 since the New Year began. Despite that recent struggle, Findlay still finds itself with a conference tournament bid for the first time since the 2012-13 season and, with some help, are still in position to win the conference regular season championship.
Cedarville (19-4, 14-3 G-MAC)
The Yellow Jackets lost back-to-back games to Findlay and Walsh earlier in the year, but since then have won 11 of 12 games.
Cedarville is the scond-highest scoring team in the league at 79.5 points per game and lead the conference with a shooting percentage of 48.9%, which is second in the nation.
The Jackets are without leading scorer Regina Hochstetler so they will rely on Baylee Bennett (14.1 ppg), Kaitlyn Holm (11.9 ppg), and Breanna Watterworth (10.7 ppg) to take over.
Ohio Valley (0-21, 0-17 G-MAC)
The Fighting Scots are the only team in the country to have not recorded a win at this point in the season. Dating back to last season, OVU has lost 29 consecutive games with their last victory coming on Jan. 24, 2017 against Penn State Beaver, a team competing in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA). Their last win against an NCAA Division II opponent came on Dec. 8, 2016 when they defeated Pitt-Johnstown 77-60.
Amiaya Melvins is the team's leading scorer at 15.3 points per game, the eighth-best in the G-MAC. Melvins is also the leading rebounder at 7.5 boards per game, leads the team with 33 steals, and leads the team with 2.5 assists per game. Jordan Fox is also in double-figures at 10.8 points per game. She leads the squad in three-point shooting at 30.4% and has made 38 shots from deep.
